Nice games for my final day of work Vacation of the year.

I have 3 weeks of vacation a year.

And 5 days equals one week.

So I need a week in February and at least 5+ days

So do I come up with more days or take the week in December?

Yup...a brutal hit. The NFL taking that out of the game probably opened up the game as much as any of the other rules changes to the passing game. It used to be you might throw to a guy in the middle of the field once or twice a game for their protection. With those kinds of hits being flagged, you can now go into the middle of the field as a WR and not worry so much about missing some teeth or getting your brains scrambled after the play.

Leading with the shoulder and making contact like that is dangerous. Glad the Colts wr was able to get up on his own.

It would depend on what kinda plans you have.

If the week in Dec. works well for you keep it.

I think coaches like their guys to make tough hits on guys in the middle of the field. They would never say it in public, but they would like to protect the middle of the field. I'm sure they want hard hits, but maybe not that kind of technique. Most of them would live with the personal foul penalty as it makes the WRs coming over the middle think about it. I'm sure they don't want their guy ejected. Kind of a catch 22 for the player, damned if they do and damned if they don't.

So far this is an entertaining game.

Lions declared CB Steven Gilmore, WR Antoine Green, LB Charles Harris, CB Chase Lucas, LB Trevor Nowaske, LB Julian Okwara, and K Riley Patterson inactive for Week 15 against the Broncos.
The Lions have dropped two of their last three after starting the season 10-2 but appear to be close to full health for their Week 15 game against the Broncos. Michael Badgley will kick for the Lions.
