Well said. I'm glad they are giving him a chance and letting him on leave to get better. Although, I don't think they could legally fire him for being an alcoholic.

Sounds like he's going through a divorce which is making everything else worse. No matter how you feel about their team, you hate seeing someone self destruct and it seems like that is the path Sark is headed down. Hopefully he can put his personal life back together.

That's potentially good for Notre Dame in recruiting having that kind of turmoil may help with some of the kids being recruited on the West Coast. I hope the guys is getting help with his divorce and now losing his "Dream Job" it hasn't been a good year for him. As much as I hate U$C I hate to see that many bad things happen to someone at the same time.

USC needs to land a Home run this time around. Alum over there will go crazy. I have no idea who it will be. USC is a hot mess. I don't know who would take that job(high profile name). I think they land an up and coming coach who has been doing well with a lower key college football team.

One thing I noticed today in Helton's presser... he spoke of practice as being fun and that playing games should be fun and that he wants the condoms to have fun. Loose is good as long as the discipline is still there.

Tight even with discipline is not fun. And that my friends, is the rub. Kelly's teams look tight, all the time.

Sometimes it's "Gameface" sometimes it's "oh crap please don't let me screwup I don't want coach in my grill on National TV". I'm a little on the concerned side that this will get spun on us and the condoms will come into our house more loose than we are. We've been slow starters in big games and at home.

Thursday is my birthday, no need for an autographed football or other thoughtful gift, how 'bout we just kick SC's @ss nice and proper and I'll be pleasantly satisfied? The last time my birthday fell on a Saturday that we played... was Bush-push. I haven't forgotten.

I think Chip Kelly would be a good fit for USC. In a way I wouldn't want him to go there. I think he would be a great fit there with his offense and the talent USC can bring in.

Best case they get a Defensive mind coach or keep picking X USC assistances.
