I had forgotten about that too. Also, remember Asche? He's listed on the 15-day disabled list and would probably start in LF to replace Hunter on his return. Asche was .245/.294, 12 HR last year, showing little improvement from 2014. So Mackanin will have some decisions to make like what do I do with a half dozen mediocre outfielders.

Yeah, maybe it's good that Hunter and Burriss aren't hitting that well. It will make it easier to do the right thing for the future and use Nick Williams and/or one of the other young guys when the time comes
