Elway was pretty shitty early on in his career during his playoff performances.

And Bradford's playoff performances have been... oh, that's right. He doesn't have any. And Elway was in the playoffs by his second season and in the Super Bowl by season 4. Troll harder, kid.

Again, it's not his fault he was drafted by the St. Louis Rams.

But clearly you haven't heard of Rich Gannon or Kurt Warner.

Rich Gannon was never an elite QB. A good QB, sure. A great QB, maybe. Elite? Don't think so. Unlike Elway and Warner, he ain't a HOFer. That should say something about whether he was elite or not.

or Kurt Warner.

Kurt Warner won a SB in his second year in the league and his first as a starter. Your examples are helping prove my point. Is that what you were trying to do?

No, you are just proving you don't know anything about football.

Rich Gannon was the best QB in the league, won an MVP and was a Super Bowl Contender.

Kurt Warner was drafted in 1994 but failed so badly he was relished to the Arena league.

Yeah, by the time his career was over. Guy only made the playoffs three times as a starter in his whole career. Hardly a QB that's gonna have your team a SB contender. I repeat, not elite.

And? His first NFL season was 1998. He won the SB in 99. He went on to be a HOFer. He was elite. Gannon, not so much.

I am sceptical about Bradford after one game against the Saints. Say what you want about 2016, but the numbers only tell part of the story. Bradford is an average QB according to his career. I think that pretty much sums it up.

You like to get on your soapbox and act as if you are the smartest person in the room when clearly the only one who believes that is you. Unlike your Bradford argument, that is a point that can't be argued.

If you asked me who the top 6 rated quarterbacks were last year, I would never have guessed Sam Bradford.

I'm not sure what to make of that just yet. But I find it interesting. Thank you, OP.

What I said stands. This post does nothing to disprove it.

In Bradford's 1st full season away from the Rams he was a top 6 QB and he has already shown improvement from that year.

LOL. Your post translated into an image...

Bradford's first full season away from the Rams? Which would that be, the 14 games with the Eagles (full season away, only started 14 games due to injury)? You seriously think that 19 TDs and 20 TOs (14 INT, 6 FUM) is remotely close to even top 20? In a Chip Kelly offense that elevated Nick Foles to starting quality temporarily? Laughable.

Or are you talking about 2016, in which he only started 15 games and dinked and dunked his team from a hot start right out of the playoffs, winning only 3 games after their week 5 bye? Those 3 wins? Bears, Jags, and a struggling Cardinals team. That team had 6 probowl players, all defense and 1 return specialist. Not a QB, not a WR made a star by the QB, no offense whatsoever.

That's what people like you have done when confronted with all the circumstances Bradford has had to face.

Including Chip Kelly

I wonder why the most V cash is now placed on the Viking/Steeler game? Get your money in quick

All of the sudden Adam Theilen is who he was BEFORE Bradford was throwing the ball.

Weird how those things happen...

Yes, because the Vikings decided to sign the Rams QB that was worse than Bradford to be his backup. Thank god Fisher is gone.
