The Panthers still have to win next week against the Falcons to win the Division. The Saints can still win the Division with a win against Tampa Bay and a Carolina loss to ATL. Right now they both have the same Division records, but if that scenario would play out then the Saints would have a better Division record and thus win a tie breaker.
