Why do people say stuff like this when they actually know it isn't true?

Because EVERY other time he has said he isnt going anywhere he is gone within a year... LOL. If he leaves Bama he has lost his mind but he said the same thing at MSU, at LSU and at the Dolphins and then was gone with some quickness.

Well, let's look at this.... MSU was a stepping stone, LSU was a great gig & he won a championship in a very short time. So he moves into the pros & finds out the professional athlete does "fit" his system & he wants back into the college realm. Alabama is a prestigious football program, with a great history & a large war-chest....

I don't see him leaving, he's come through the ranks, tried the pro's, Bama will give him whatever control or cash he wants & he's treated like royalty here, so what would make him want to leave?

Always a step up though. If he would've known he wasn't going to like the pros, he wouldn't have left LSU. He's went up every time he's left, there is nowhere else to go. Not trying to act like Alabama is the greatest there is, but in reality, is there really a better job? And can't we match any team in the country as far as what we can pay him?

People don't want to think about that because they want to troll and hate. LSU is step up from Mich st., the NFL is a step up from LSU, NFL isn't a good fit for him, so he comes back to where he is comfortable, which is college. You folks pay attention his pattern of leaving teams, but not where he went.

Saban is at the top right now, he can't move up anymore, unless he decides to take one more crack at the NFL.
