blanton was the guy that LAA released in 2013 even though they still owed him $8 mill. that's how bad he was. he was out all of last year, and came back the hard way through the minors, made the KC pen in may, and is now a starter again.

Yea looks like they make up for it with a balanced lineup, solid bullpen and an elite defense. I don't think the M's hitters can touch their pen so its important for them to handle the mediocre starters.

I don't think I have ever seen a team with such poor common baseball sense and it bites them every damn time. Free outs, free bases and free runs every night. Its beyond pathetic.

I'm afraid to say it but I think we're seeing Felix on his wrong side of his peak... Seems like it's not a guarantee anymore go keep teams under 2 runs... Sad but it was bound to happen... He's not as dominant...

it's sad, but i'm at a point where i don't even care about the m's winning or losing anymore because i can't imagine them doing anything this season.
i'm actually a little happy for blanton. he fucked over the angels (always good in my book), and came back to become a MLB pitcher the hard way. that's pretty cool. if i were a kc fan, i would think it's even cooler.

seriously though, has he ever com up in big games? He is great, probably the best, in games that don't fucking matter. Throw him into a game that's important and he seems to be mediocre at best, I'm probably wrong about this but I just can't get that out of mind with him...
