The guy us Giants fans loved to boo. And he loved every moment of it.

I was always a fan. He leaned into the boos, played them up. I always laughed as he would tip his cap to the boos with a huge smile on his face.

I never understood the legit hate some Giants gave him. He was full of personality and added a LOT to the rivalry.

RIP Tommy

At least he got to see his beloved Dodgers win it all one more time. Baseball's gonna miss him. He was a helluva personality.

Reggie never stuck his leg out......RIP

I was just about to post-I thought he was going to have an aneurysm when Reggie hip-checked that throw to first in the '78 series. Good times.

And his "fights" with the San Diego Chicken were hilarious.

RIP to a true American original.

A tremendous strategist and a comedian at the same time. He certainly bled Dodger Blue.
Rest in Peace, Sir.

May God rest his soul.. never forget the day we pulled into Dodger Town, Vero Beach, seeing Mr Lasorda riding around in his golf cart, and Steve Howe’s yellow convertible vette, license plate of 93MPH.

Never worked a day in his life.
He certainly had a job that nearly everyone would want. When a player needed more batting practice, he would throw it. When a player needed more fielding practice, he would hit grounders to him. When a pitcher needed some work, he would watch him and give him some tips.
One thing would have made his life better. Of his 4 major league decisions, none was a win. He did, however, record one save.
