Just because they didn't find any doesn't mean they weren't there. He could have ingested whatever it was already. Used them elsewhere before returning to his room. Any number of things. Or he could have had a stroke or heart attack because he's 65 working grueling tour where the hours can take a toll even on the young. That's why you can't rule anything out until the toxicology report

2. Some type of Aneurysm
3. Heart attack
4.Alcohol poisoning
