5 reps have stood out from the rest.

4 of these reps blew their quota out of the water in 11 weeks and had one week that was a dud. Overall their numbers are 1-4.

The fifth rep met his numbers all 12 weeks but did not have one outstanding week, but he is a grinder and found a way late in week to meet numbers.

4 sales reps get a promotion to SR sales rep.

Now it is time to review resumes. Who are the four reps you give promotion to?

It used to be we had a popularity contest to get the TWO best teams. Now it's a popularity contest to get the FOUR best teams.

One sales rep yelled from a public cafeteria "fuck her right in the pussy" and suspended for a day.

That rep also had a hit n run, r*pe allegations, and beat up his pregnant girlfriend.

I am not sure if the boss reviewing resumes will take these events into consideration.

I think that last rep had such a great year last year, people are disappointed that he's only meeting quota this year. No one else is as dependable.

I'm just reliving all of the years I spent beating the quotas...all the while stressing for nothing that I'll not make it and get whacked.
