Relievers(in hidden BVP)

I make my matchups usually based on a combination on BVP and if the opposing pitcher is likely to not pitch more than 5 innings. However, the hidden BVP in this is those vs relievers. There is one pitcher who pitches with a lead(holds) and one who is the setup(holds) and one who pitches when the starting pitcher is taking out and the team is trailing.

So what relievers have been the best and which ones have been the worst team wise? And where can I find the relievers list, the 7th inning holds pitcher, the set-up, the one in runs trailed?
