That team is loaded. Tulo to many other teams may be a good add but it didn't work for Colorado but it does for Toronto. Rockies fans and players wanted Hurdle out and they haven't been the same since.

They won 20+ games in a row. That just doesn't happen very often. Hurdle wasn't ever going to reproduce that kind of magic. Then again...Matt Holliday never touched home so I don't know how they won that play in game.

I remember that play very well. They were a competitive team and what he has done with what was a doormat in Pittsburgh is really remarkable.

yes, but the bad pitches in the middle of the plate are what hurt NM. There were quite a few. I've never been a fan and that hasn't changed this year.

It could be a coincidence at this point, but he's got to take Choo out of the 2 spot. We just do not score many with him there.

Left the house and it was 4-0. Coming back in the car and turned on the radio and it was 11-0. But we scored! Not counting on much from Chi Chi tomorrow and you never know which Santana may show up but not feeling too good about not being swept.

Toronto is 13-1 since getting Tulo who had 3 HRs and 6 RBIs but hitting just .224. But it is the intangibles in this case as getting Tulo and Price just boosted their confidence. And so much for Billy ball in Oakland. I think Beane did himself in this year. Hope Chip Kelly ball does the same for the Eagles.

The lineup seems to roll with Roogie hitting second. So Banny puts Choo back in there.
