Sounds like another Davin Joseph to me.

I don't know a lot about the O-lineman out there. I'm all for FA's that are in their mid-20's with upside though, especially o the Oline. No more 30+ guys that already had their good years.

I would be stoked to get Akers at OLB though. He would really be a force on this defense and make our LB's realy good, behind a really good front 4.

Just remember, if we sign Ayers and don't sign an O-lineman, we still have several on our roster and the draft to fill in. I agree with jacobarch that Blaylock is a Davin Joseph type player. Wisnewski is injury-prone but a definite upgrade over Wells.

We still have Jones for the center spot and Grassu in the draft as well. On the other O-line spots available, Washington, another big dude is already penciled in for LG since Person left for Atlanta. For RT, we have Steven Baker, 6-8, 318lbs. There is also Travis Bond at guard we've had all last year. He is another Saffold type player at 6-6, 330lbs. So we are good to go with the O-line heading into the draft without signing anybody.

That's why I would sign Britt, go after Ayers and sign him, and just for spite, sign DeMarco Murray especially if the Cards sign AP.

Chip Kelly just had a presser and said Sam Bradford just got in the building in Philly. I wonder how many people cussed at Sam on his way to the Eagles' facility?

Funny thing is. I don't think the Cards got any better with those players. I think they are staying even.

If they sign AP then I'll be singing a different tune.

BTW, Austin Davis is a RFA so he doesn't have to sign anything except for next year which would be an extension. Ayers is still available as is DeMarco Murray. So is Wisnewski as well.

Man I don't know if I want Demarco Murray. He's a prima donna and sleep with his friend's wives. That Oline in Dallas made him look good IMO.


What about Darren McFadden? He's got some prima-donna too, but always had speed.. just on an awful Offense.

Nick Fairly Coug? I don't know why we'd go after another starting DT, when we have 2 monsters now.

Austin Davis is already on the roster. He is a RFA SJ76. I was just having some fun in response to the Cards attempting to sign AP. Murray is a bad cancer and Snisher wouldn't allow that type of dude in the locker room.

Coug I agree, but Fairly is going to command $5-6 million a year. We can probably find a back up to Brockers and Donald for cheaper than that.

Blalock is a guard though. Jones has played across the line, but was drafted as a center.

Wisniewski and Ayers are firmly at the top of my free agent wish list. Re-sign Barksdale (at a reasonable rate, if possible) Draft Scherff and the offense is instantly upgraded.
