Statistically a tied game is close to a 1 in 300 proposition. The Buccaneers could qualify as a wild-card with a tie and some unlikely results but that's in the 1 in 2000+ region.

Since there's 272 regular season games you figure you get at least one a year. Just interesting not a big deal.

There's no exact probability for a tie. It's only an estimate based on history and rule changes that could alter historical models. Even with coin flips you see sizable streaks of heads or tails. Extrapolate that out to 1 chance in the hundreds and you won't be surprised to see no ties for a decade and then 4 ties in 1 season. Event distribution can be wildly erratic.
