PREDICTION THREAD: GAME 5 vs. Oklahoma St.

I intentionally held off on this prediction. I wanted to get the feel on this one.

Mountaineer brethren, we may be in trouble. The heart and soul of the defense is gone for the season, Karl Joseph. Before his injury, I felt we won easily. Now, OK ST. will have to be beaten in a shootout. Can our fans step it up?

The Cowboys suffered a blow Tuesday when Ryan Simmons revealed that he's suffered torn knee ligaments that would require surgery and end his season.

Simmons is one of the team's unquestioned leaders, and as the middle linebacker, operated as the brain stem of the defense. He'd started 31 straight games.
