First real dress rehearsal. Starters should play at least the first half and probably a series or 2 in the second. BB will get a first hand look at Jace Billingsley and will probably steal him away from us if White Thunder is not on the active roster this year. TJ Jones just does not have it and needs to be let go.

It might be a good thing that the 1s laid an egg. Also, losing eliminates the undefeated pre-season jinx. They will go back and make some adjustments now too.

LBs are not bad anymore but still need some seasoning. Filled the wrong gaps 2 or 3 times for huge gains but did well most of the time and also in coverage. D-line was not great. Brady too quick on the release for them. DBs were sloppy. Offense had too many mistakes early but got better. MJJ looks like he found his mojo. RBs look good. O-line has not jelled. Glasgow and Swanson are getting beat like rented mules. Robinson even looks better than them now. Staff even played tentative.

Looks like we will beat the crappy teams but still struggle with the good ones. Will be lucky to be better than 500 again this year.

Two seconds to go, down by two and the Lions didn't bring Stafford in to get ready for another sandbagging season? That might cost the Lions a couple of games during the regular season, maybe 4 or 5 games.
