Damian Lillard's shaping up to be in the top 3 SG in the league in a few years. Goran Dragic has likely hit his ceiling while Lillard's in his 2nd year. I'll go with the guy who has huge potential, stats aside.

I don't think Dragic hit his ceiling. He is only 27 and only been in the league for now 6 seasons and in 4 of the first 6 seasons he wasn't even getting heavy minutes.

Exactly, he's just entering his prime and it's only his second season as a full-time starter. Definitely has better years ahead of him.
