Without looking up statistics to see who these two players are... which player would you rather have? Doing this so there's no bias involved.

Player A- 19.7 points, 6.1 assists, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.4 steals on 49.9 percent field goal shooting.
Player B- 20.6 points, 5.6 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and 0.7 steals on 41.7 percent field goal shooting.

Player A PER = 21.86
Player B PER= 18.87

So after my response I looked up the 2 players and they were exactly who I thought lol....The shooting% kinda gave player B away if you been paying attention to his fg% this season.

Interesting that you would take a player shooting 8% worse while taking more shots and averaging less assists and less steals.. But whatever floats your boat.

His choice is probably because Lilliard is 4 years younger.

Only because of his name. Insert Raymon Felton instead of Damian Lilliard and I guarantee you take Dragic

No fair... you left the color of their skin out of those stats. That's critical information.

Dragic's scoring efficiency is off the charts this season, and his overall combination of scoring, playmaking, and scoring efficiency this year has proved historically rare.

In fact, Dragic is presently averaging 19.7 points per game, 6.1 assists per game, and a .600 True Shooting Percentage. Only sixteen times in NBA history, and by only eight different players, has a player averaged at least 20.0 points, 6.0 assists, and a .600 True Shooting Percentage in the same season.

Player Season Finder | Basketball-Reference.com

Currently, Dragic is on track to become just the ninth player to average at least 19.0 points, 6.0 assists, and a .600 True Shooting Percentage in the same season.

Player Season Finder | Basketball-Reference.com

Now, when you filter that last compilation to only include players listed below 6'5", just three names remain:

Goran Dragic (so far)

Dana Barros

Kevin Johnson (twice)

And what has been the result of Dragic's combination of scoring efficiency and volume from the point guard position? Even with Eric Bledsoe having missed almost half the Suns' games, Phoenix ranks seventh in Offensive Rating (points scored per possession), a higher ranking than in either of Steve Nash's final two seasons with the team.

So Lillard makes it over Dragic. Ugh. Goran beat him 2 of the 3 times they faced head to head, too.
