NY/NY/Conn - 14 day quarantine from a fluid list of states. Already under legal challenge
Hawaii - 14 day quarantine also under legal challenge, so they changed it to no 14 day quarantine with
negative covid test
Canada - border closed until July 31, may be extended
Mexico - land crossing still limited to essential. Cancun and Cozumel due to open mid June
Caribbean
Anguilla - still closed
Antigua - open June 1 with 48 hour valid negative covid test
Aruba - opening July 10 for US citizens, need valid negative covid test
Bahamas - opening July 1
Barbados - requires 14 day quarantine
Barbuda - opening June 1 with 48 hour valid negative covid test
Bermuda - opening July 1, with 72 hour valid negative covid test
Bonaire - closed to US citizens
British Virgin Islands - Closed to US Citizens
Cayman Islands - Closed until Sept 1, could be extended
Curacao - opening June 15
Dominica - Closed
Dominican Republic - Closed
Grenada - Closed until June 30, may be extended
Guadalupe - Closed
