Game Thread: Phoenix Suns vs. Lakers in Phoenix, March 23, 2016

Watching the game here in Phoenix with the Lakers as this is Kobe's last visit to the Valley of the Sun at Talking Stick Arena. We are up 22-16 end of first period. Nice offense and forcing Phoenix to take jump shots. We look pretty good so far.

Heurtas and Clarkson are in the backcourt with Nance and Metta at the forwards. Bass is at the five-again.

Metta with a nice drive and a lay-up. That was interesting.

Clarkson to Bass and the Lakers are back to a 6-point lead.

Bass' work ethic is impressive and maybe he wants to return.

Tyson Chandler is not playing tonight. Talk about a player that signed a contract just for the money. He just doesn't belong here with Phoenix.

Man, this game sure started out ugly. Gotten better as they've continued though. For a minute, I thought the game was gonna be a 0-0 tie.
