Philly wants Alshon bad

There is quite a bit of noise that Philadelphia wants Alshon Jeffrey, bad. I am kind of mixed on this one. He can play when he is on the field, but the bears are clearly wanting the Calvin Johnson effect to go away with the pay scale for receivers. If they need to franchise him again, its 120% of last years deal, which would be 17.6 million.

Nothing reporting links between the two has been legit. It's all rumors and hearsay. I'd bet nothing really even comes close to happening.

I kinda seen something on this on the NFL Channel..They say its most likely not gonna happen.
philly would only give up a 3rd for him cause he`d be just a rental cause his contract would be up after this season and he`d probably sign somewhere else...........

If the Bears trade him......they aren't interested in fielding a competitive team and are clearly in rebuild mode. I'd keep Jeffery over an overpaid Cutler.

Hoyer played well in Cutler's absence. Houston probably wishes they kept him and didn't sign Osweiler.
