Yesterday's game was truly exciting and unexpected since the Phils hadn't won a game for a long time when they were behind in the 8th. That 9th was amazing with Franco striking out on an unreachable outside pitch with the bases loaded, then Howard walking on an even worse pitch to bring in the lead run. lol.

Only 11 games lift before the break. Phils come home Friday to face three bad road teams, KC, ATL, and COL. Let's go, Eflin! Sweep!

I am liking the three wins and Chip Hale is whining like a little girl on the local sports talk show I listen too. One more and we return the favor of sweep the snakes ass. I love the one run wins. This team is ever-so slowly coming together. We might win 60-70 games this year. Maybe.

Yea, jvett, we had a string of three weeks of extra high temps. 111-117 has been the norm. Friday is the official beginning of the monsoon season and the temps are going to fall drastically. We get rain every other day or so and the humidity goes way up like back in PA.

Wow1 I just found out that the phillies played a day game today. Big win and sweep for the now hot again phillies. Bourjos is red hot and Asche is producing! Joseph went 0-6 and is on my garbage list.
