I think it was that and Urban didn't put too much on Jones' shoulders. They basically had three plays:

1. Hand to Zeke
2. Throw deep to the WR who's name is escaping me
3. If your first read isn't there, tuck and run

Ohio State had better athletes than Bama and Oregon, and used athleticism to win both games.
