I know in JuCo, actually the same one Albert Pujols went to, when I went. Even JuCO pitchers all said that they rarely "lost" one.

Usually they just threw inside and didn't care if they hit the batter, they needed that part of the plate.

It is probably true in regards to Pedro and you have to appreciate his honesty. Some pitchers might not be like Pedro but I am sure most of them (as good as he is) would be doing the same thing

pedro is one of best pitcher in the last 20 yrs. his control and movement was so good he knew how to get guys to swing at balls outside the strike zone regularly. u cant say that about the average major league starter

Pedro is one of the best pitchers ever. Period. He had about a seven year run that was about as dominant as any other seven years from anyone. A case could be made that the two best individual seasons from a pitcher ever were both his.
