Well, Kobe makes it official. This is his last year as a Lakers player. He finally has admitted his body is done. Now Scott should bring him off the bench but that won't happen. Youth will be served and this year becomes another one for youth to develop and officially have a Kobe farewell tour although Kobe probably won't let that happen as well. Should be interesting to see if we lose enough for a top three pick. Otherwise, either Phoenix or Orlando gets it, I believe.

Gonna be interesting to see how the rest of the year plays out and if Kobe gets the farewell tour like Kareem (or allows it). Hopefully, with this being his last year, he'll put it in cruise control most of the rest of the season and concentrate on letting the youngsters do their thing and mentor them.

Although, I'm not sure Kobe has a cruise control.

We are now 2 for 18. That is 11% and we are dead last in the NBA offensive shooting percentage. These Lakers have an offense production problem among other things. No consistent shooters-and-makers.
