OT: Video Game Geek Out

Won't need to play the 1st, but you should. I'm sure it is pretty cheap by now, and it is a good game. One of the best co-op games out, at least for the PS3. Like with most of these game franchises, you probably will get some sort of bonus or unlock if you have a borderlands 1 saved game on your system.

i don't have PS3 but i do have Xbox360 and PC.

so should i get the console version or PC version? thoughts?

I almost always prefer PC versions of games if I have a choice (though with my computer I usually don't). They are usually much more customizable.

Has anyone played the Batman game "Arkham City"? I was thinking about picking up the Game of the Year Edition next month, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't too difficult or anything. If you're a Batman fan I'd get it, I enjoyed it and it's not really difficult. The main story goes by fairly quick, but there's a lot of side quests to do.

I just read reviews on IGN and Gamespot, they both like it. I will probably give episode one a shot over the weekend.

Anything past the Rogue Spear franchise, where you couldn't plan your team's waypoints and actions, got really lame. Just another shooter no different from the others.
