Lol.

My vote won!!!! Voted Dean because of a social justice fighter. Being a person and a advocate for people of disability it's good to have that MLA ally in your corner.

BC voters head to the polls today - Does Christy Clark win because people are afraid of what the NDP might do if they take over?

As i said in the coffee talk.

A NDP election has a alot of sentimental value to me.

My Grandma (mom side) put the impact of a vote as a teen. She was a staunch supporter of the NDP.

She left us in 2010. This is little tearing up moment

Jesus Christ that's a close election.

I really don't like the prospects of this country's economic growth if two of our biggest provinces are led by the NDP (although the following disaster might help persuade Ontarians to stay the fuck away from the ONDP next summer) but living in a place where morons have continually elected the same corrupt liars for 14 years I get where BC's coming from.

Provincial politics has become one of the most hopeless exercises this country participates in, which is absolutely terrifying for a body that affects the day-to-day lives of people much more than the federal government does.

saw it said the north and interior went Liberal for jobs while the Lower mainland went ndp for housing affordability (yah ... not sure how the NDP could ever reign that monster in)

Im sure that was the key term last night. Suprise.

I was suprised my riding ( although a NDP stronghold) went orange. I though Desjardins being the former 3 term mayor of Esqumalt might have had it in the bag.

Oh it's easy - they'll destroy the economy and the housing market will crash spectacularly. See Ontario, 1990-1995.

I wonder what the western equivalent of "Rae Days" will be.

That sounds like an argument to reduce the scope of what they stick their noses in. Unfortunately I think you'll be waiting a long time to see that argument win anything in Canada.
