What's a sleeve?

I go to a happy hour most Thursdays, it's a beer bar with a constantly changing selection of micro brews. For 20 years or so it's happy hour has been 3 beers (have to be different beers) for $5.99. The happy hour glasses have gotten smaller and smaller though.

Have to be careful though, the bar is in Congressman Cummings district and I hear that's really dangerous.

You can start a round of golf by purchasing a sleeve of golf balls and you can end your round at the 19th hole by purchasing a beer sleeve.
