Why has Ohio State backed out of more series than any other team not switching conferences the last decade?OK, so why are you bringing it up? Thinking OSU schedules those games then thinks better of it for fear?

The Buckeyes have one of the best OOC schedules vs. top teams in the country. Its easy to find. You have enjoyed many of those games. Are we going to pretend that Ohio State doesn’t have a history out of backing out of football games? UNC, Tennessee, Georgia
And? Does that change the fact that the drop games like it’s their job?The Buckeyes have one of the best OOC schedules vs. top teams in the country. Its easy to find. You have enjoyed many of those games.
How many is "like its their job"? You listed 3. Is that 3 in how many years? And? Does that change the fact that the drop games like it’s their job?
So you'd be able to find reason to complain about them? Why has Ohio State backed out of more series than any other team not switching conferences the last decade?
If you are fine with Ohio State dropping 6 games in the last ten years, that’s fine. I’m just not going to pretend that just because they scheduled the game that they aren’t going to drop the game in the next 5-7 years. How many is "like its their job"? You listed 3. Is that 3 in how many years?
Since they have the best OOC schedule in the B1G and one of the best in the country most years Ill will give my OK for dropping some.
I just wish other B1G teams would schedule these games so they have the opportunity to drop them later.
UNC/Tennessee because they went to 9 game BIG sched. UGA because of BIG/P12 partnership. Why has Ohio State backed out of more series than any other team not switching conferences the last decade?
Excellent logic....worry about the 3 that were cancelled and not the overwhelming majority that were not. I guess if they go to 10-11 conference schedule this series could be in danger. If you are fine with Ohio State dropping 6 games in the last ten years, that’s fine. I’m just not going to pretend that just because they scheduled the game that they aren’t going to drop the game in the next 5-7 years.
Lets see USC, Navy, Miami, Cal, VT, OK, TCU in that same time period. Yes I am very fine with their schedule especially if you compare to others OOC. Thank you for your concern. If you are fine with Ohio State dropping 6 games in the last ten years, that’s fine. I’m just not going to pretend that just because they scheduled the game that they aren’t going to drop the game in the next 5-7 years.
Well...they do, or mostly have, the past few years. But it's genius to do so, there's literally no reason from a championship perspective to play these games. A loss hurts you more than a win helps you in the current playoff format. Beating a team like Eastern Michigan, while it sucks to watch as fans, helps your team far more than playing an elite non conference game.Next thing out of his mouth will be SEC teams only schedule cupcakes.
It's retarded reading some of you guys' posts.

Good for Georgia.wont ever catch me ripping UGA, Auburn, Tennessee or LSU when it comes to weaker OOC schedules.
BREAKING: Ohio State to face Georgia in home-and-home series
Georgia is playing Ohio State and Oklahoma OOC in the same year and then Ohio State and Clemson OOC in the same year right afterward. Talk about brutal. Not to mention their SEC slate.OSU is playing Texas & Washington in the same year OOC? that could be brutal.
What happened with '27, '28, '29? open dates looking for game I guess.....
That is just crazy. I dont think GA needs that help for SOS but I will enjoy watching those games.Georgia is playing Ohio State and Oklahoma OOC in the same year and then Ohio State and Clemson OOC in the same year right afterward. Talk about brutal. Not to mention their SEC slate.
Kudos to SEC teams for scheduling home and home series.Next thing out of his mouth will be SEC teams only schedule cupcakes.

That should really help their S.O.S.Georgia is playing Ohio State and Oklahoma OOC in the same year and then Ohio State and Clemson OOC in the same year right afterward. Talk about brutal. Not to mention their SEC slate.
That is really impressive!!!Ohio State now has five home-and-home series and 10 total games scheduled with Power 5 teams in the next 12 years, including:
2020 – at Oregon
2021 – Oregon
2022 – Notre Dame
2023 – at Notre Dame
2024 – at Washington
2025 – at Texas
2025 – Washington
2026 – Texas
2030 – at Georgia
2031 – Georgia
Might be harder to schedule all 3 when it comes to tough games since OSu prefers home and home. One will be left out. Might need a neutral site matchup.OSU is playing Texas & Washington in the same year OOC? that could be brutal.
What happened with '27, '28, '29? open dates looking for game I guess.....
I'll second that.If I'm still alive, I'll be watching this one.
Yeah, that'll be difficult assuming those traditional biggies don't take dips like USC, Texas, Michigan, Tenn, FSU, etc have lately. While I appreciate these schools attempting to upgrade OOC schedules, I frickin' hate them doing it so far out.Georgia is playing Ohio State and Oklahoma OOC in the same year and then Ohio State and Clemson OOC in the same year right afterward. Talk about brutal. Not to mention their SEC slate.
