The Oregon State Beavers, yes those Beavers are sitting alone in second place behind the Ducks. They are 2 full games ahead of UW in the conference, but likely miss a bowl game.

And with a 4-2 in conference record with games still remaining against both SC and Utah, the Bruins control their destiny to win the South and play in the PAC 12 Championship game. However, with only 3 games remaining are likely to miss playing in a bowl game

Oregon State is winning with not a lot of ammo. Former Beavs QB Jonathan Smith, who threw to Ochocinco and Housh is instilling a winning culture up in Corvallis with not a lot in the cupboard.

That dude always did a lot with a little, undersized and not too fast. In 2000 the Beavz could’ve been the best team in the country at the end of the season.

Ahh. That’s why you’re coming. I played a couple games at Gill Coliseum.

Ralph Miller roamed those sidelines for many years. Quite the historic venue. Walton, Jabar, Gary Payton, Brandon Roy, James Harden and so many more legends have played in that building.

I love that place. It’s a cbb landmark. Hidden gem. Not a lot of flash but you can feel basketball love in there.

I hope you do a history lesson before you go.

@78Cyclones Jimmy V’s championship run in 83 started with regionals at Gill Coliseum. His spirit resides in those halls. Guarantee you and yours get goosebumps at least once in that building.
