Oregon fans, I need some help about a past player

So I met this guy the other day at the bar from talking sports and he told me that he played at Oregon. Anywhere between 2002 and 2004 he said he played, cant remember. His name is Josh Moore and played DE. I tried looking for him online and didn't find anything but the guy was pretty convincing.
