Wait, I thought it was impossible to find a team to play with only 4 years notice?
PAC12 and tSEC have an agreement to get more games scheduled and oregon and georgia both wanted the game. i guess especially since the prior agreement was cancelled by both sides.

yes both athletic directors. or do you think UGA was scared? LOL

Not scared but Georgia's AD was the one talking about how far Eugene, Or is from Georgia and the schedule it puts the student athletes on. Oregon, meanwhile, continued to play teams on the East Coast.

This is an exciting game but I'm not a huge fan of the neutral site games. I'd rather play a home and home.

Come on, how can you not like neutral site games? There’s something special about one team having to travel just as far to play in front of a crowd that’s 80% the other team’s fans and calling it a neutral site.

Let me see if I have this correct.

It is further from Athens, GA to Eugene, OR than it is from Eugene, OR to Athens, GA?

Also, didn't Georgia play in the Rose Bowl last year? Oh, my bad. Pasendena, CA is south of Eugene, OR so it is a lot closer. The longer leg of that right triangle is a lot shorter than the hypotenuse is. Especially when flying.
