Two guys remain.....

The Oregonian reported on Sunday that Oregon State officials had narrowed their search down to Hopkins and Montana head coach Wayne Tinkle.

Hopkins has been with SU for a while and has been waiting patiently for Coach JB to move on. Everyone says he'll get the SU job.

It looks like he's tired of waiting. I think he's a great coach and think Oregon State will do well in picking him up.

I am glad for the Beavs that they took Damon Stoudemire's name out of the discussion. Just not a Good move.

I think Wayne Tinkle is probably a safe hire, he's probably a coach who has regional ties that would be easier to recruit to Oregon State. Not saying Hopkins wouldn't be a great hire, but I think he would have been riskier.

Tinkle did a great job at Montana. They were pretty good ever year. Same conference as Weber St.
