One thing I don't like about OT Rules

The penalty situation does not reset on fouls. It just accumulates into more free throws. I think teams should get a bit of a reprieve like in the NBA where the 3rd foul then becomes a penalty situation.

This doesn't make a difference in most games, but it also annoys me that out of bounds calls can't be reviewed in the first 3 minutes of overtime.
