Atlanta or Glendale. It will almost assuredly be Atlanta if the match up happens though. I'm excited for a Clemson-Ohio State match up in Arizona. Two powerhouse programs that, for the most part, coasted through their season with ease. I'd expect the crowd to favor the Buckeyes by a decent margin. Huge tOSU following in the Phoenix area

Where LSU can make a claim though is the fact they beat 2 teams better than any team Ohio State has beaten in Alabama and Georgia.

problem with this is the playoff committee losing ALL credibility if they do this. This has nothing to do with Clemson playing some great football right now but you cant put that team in front of 1 of those 2 top teams right now simply on the fact, they have played anyone. Not a knock on them, it is what it is, they play in the ACC

I think you mean "haven't played anyone." If the reason for Clemson's placement is "they haven't played anyone", aka resume, then they probably shouldn't even be in the top four.

Clemson hasn't had the resume all season and they've been highly thought of by the committee. Same for some others. In fact, I'd say this committee has put more stock in the eye test than resume the past few weeks. No?

Correct. His receivers and TE should have been the MVP last night. Garrett Wilson had some amazing catches, Ruckert obviously, KJ Hill was on fire, Victor made some huge plays, and Olave made his presence felt as always

Also I would like to mention that I don't like being the 1 seed simply because the pressure that goes along with that. I would like to see our squad play as the underdog and I would love to square off vs Clemson. It's time to get that monkey off our back. I said this a couple of years ago about USC. If we are truly great, then it shouldn't matter what seed we are. Let the players "bring it. "
