happy about this trade. low tier pitching propect and cubs eat 25 million. He just got pulled from lineup. welcome back

It was a good risk for the Yankees. They have the pitching to compete and a strong bullpen. They are just lacking in the lineup. Will this move be enough to make them serious playoff contenders? I think it'll make them a really tough team, we'll have to see if Soriano can stay hot. If he does though watch out the Yankees will be pretty good given their patched up lineup.

I think they are still like 1 big move away from having a chance to win it all. I don't know what move it is but I think they are missing 1 more power bat. Since June 28th Soriano has 10 Hrs the Yankees as a team 9. We needed power.
