My guess is that is correct unless they played for Bobcats for 3 seasons. If they only played a total of 4yrs combined for a single team then they wont be eligible.

72-74 Bulls
75-78 Sonics

Would not be eligible to be drafted I assume.

Yeah, sorry, must have played for a team 5 years to be eligible or 3 for the Cats, so if the player didn't play at least those 5 years or 3 for the Cats he is ineligible.

I just realised why I do poorly in these drafts because I don't take BPA. My top were West then Baylor but Ewing wasn't 3rd on my BPA but I went with Ewing whose bucket and position are harder to fill. Nos told me last drat to win you should always go BPA (not named Elway) and fill your team that way. I couldn't even do it with the 3rd overall pick
