We are approaching almost an entire week since we got a win. Which should be unheard of for a contending team this late in the season.

We won Friday right? We've had three games since then and two days off.

Dunno....this is baseball and hard times come. Enjoy watching the games while you can still enjoy them. That is what my late dad used to tell me. Enjoy the season, what's left of it, NC. There's nothing your or I can do to will this team to do better. They have to do it for themselves and if they do, they will be great. If they don't, then they don't deserve to play in the post season.

Ultimately the standings will figure it all out.

Astros won today and Mariners lost. Our lead is still looking strong after today, but a win would be nice for momentum purposes.

White sox are throwing some scrub pitcher against the Mariners in a 3-3 game. The Mariners will have to face Sale at least. Angels are beating the Blue Jays again, I hope that holds. The nationals are narrowly beating the Orioles 1-0 and the Red Sox have already lost to the Rays. We could gain some ground on a lot of contenders if we pull this one out tonight.
