Dubi is back.

Let us all gather round and rejoice at the big goal he scored last year. For about 20 minutes, it was the biggest goal in BlueJackets history. That Nick Foligno, always one uppin' a brother.

Hopefully the Leafs are looking ahead to tomorrow night's game against the Wings and overlook the Flames. Hiller is back between the pipes for Calgary.

I read that Burkie will be at the game tonight (leaving the BOG meeting early).

Like he'd miss the chance. Fuck I really wanted the Leafs to win this game. I don't think they have a chance against Detroit in the next two or LA/Ducks Sunday/Tuesday. If all goes as expected, they'll be back below 20th in the league by this time next week.

Flames have activated Mason Raymond for tonight's game and re-assigned Sven Baertschi to Adirondack.

After 2 periods I think it's safe to say that Klutch Keith Kinkaid is the new Brodeur:

Jets-Stars is a feisty matchup so far. Lots of knashing of teeth.

2-1 WINN

Kevin Connauton picks a dandy time to score his first goal as a Blue Jacket. In OT.

The Flyers tied it late with Mason pulled. I was hoping they would because that interference call on Giroux was a complete joke, and we've done enough to piss off the Hockey Gods. Flyers were buzzing up to that point. And even the tying goal was reviewed for some damn reason. Clearly crossed the line, no interference or anything and the idiot ref made no signal other than "stop".

I would have somewhat enjoyed that being disallowed (no point for Philly), but that would have been a worse call than the one on Giroux.

4 in a row. So do I turn in my paper bag now, or what? I am so conflicted.

laser top shelf. seems suitable.

Nucks had nothing left tonight. Would have liked the single point, Burrows got burned at mid-ice (not sure where the d-man was on that play).
good rest before the Rags on Saturday (who are also well rested)
