NFL Training Camps Hit Huge Speed Bump

The NFL announced last week the training camps will open for all teams on July 28. Raven Head Coach John Harbaugh threw a wrench into the gears today. He wants to know how the hell any team can keep within the league rules with all of the "Social Distancing" requirements that have been proposed.

Players lockers must be a minimum of 6 feet from each other.

Players cannot shower as a group

Everyone must wear masks when not on the field.

Harbaugh said that players' locker rooms would have to be enlarged at fives times as big as they are right now . Only one of every three lockers could be used.

The league and union agreed to a maximum day of 13 hours for any player and Harbaugh sas that it would take more than 26 hours for players to individually shower after a practice. Not to shower is unhealthy, unsanitary and the smell is unbearable.

He asked if players must wear a mask in the shower.

Needless to say, things are not looking rosey for camps to open with 90 guys trying to play football and be compliant with Cocid-19 Social Niceties.

Weren't they going to test everybody every day? Yeah, it's expensive, but after everyone is cleared for the day, then the whole team can just practice as usual. All the social distancing shit is unnecessary if everyone tests healthy.

What is the obsession with masks? The most prestigious medical institutions tell you that masks are only needed in health care facilities when treating the sick or by someone who is already sick. Is the league getting their advice from Billy Bob's discount surgery and tackle shop?
