As for who the best team in football is, who cares? It's October.

We won't know who the best teams are until late November.

At this pace, it just may end up being the healthiest

PS - Id keep an eye on Arizona getting a little hot

Good point, Homefield definitely most of the battle in either conference

BUT the only 2 teams i would automatically put in the SB if they got Homefield?

Seattle and New England

Those are the only 2 i wouldnt see losing at home in January

That's fair.

Health is definitely a huge factor. And critical injuries can happen at any number of positions.

When parity happens then I expect the top defenses to come through once the playoffs hit.

I'm just not quite sure if there will be any top defenses in the playoffs at that point

Goff was not good the last 2 weeks but he played two of the best pass defenses in football. I'll be interested to see how he does against the Cards this weekend.

And versa vice. Cards seemed rejuvenated yesterday with Peterson playing.

Maybe. I definitely want to see more from the Cards. The Bucs are in the running, along with the Raiders and Titans, as the biggest duds of the year.

Falcons not exactly burning up the field either.

Barely beat Chicago on a dropped TD. Got lucky against Detroit and just lost to Miami......

That was a really really bad loss to the Dolphins. I think that might stick with them for a while especially with the Super Bowl ghosts rattling in their head

3 straight road games beginning in NE next week

Falcons season could get away from them real fast

Thank God

Yeah. At this point I would argue that the Falcons are the 3rd best team in their division. And I am a seller on the Saints.

chiefs 17-3 against teams not names the steelers, since 2015

0-3 vs the steelers

They were saying it during the game... The Steelers D matches up very well against the Chiefs Offense and normally shut them down, which they did last night

I like the Saints. Scrappy team. Hard to beat if you can't outscore them.

The Saints offense hasn't been as good as you would think. They've only scored over 20 points twice this season.

Looking at the standings and things actually seem pretty normal.

NFC has always had upheaval and the Patriots, Steelers, Chiefs are all winning their division with the Texans right there.

Think the combination of Snead returning, and they not having to figure out a way to fit AP into that offense may help the offense
