Did we curse Knight? I don't know, personally I think Katy Perry did, bitch, but what if we go with Perine on the banner this year and he bombs? Don't want that karma.

How bout we roll with history. Leave Bud, Barry, and Bob up there. Add some guys like Roy Williams, Bradford, Murray, Sims, etc. maybe commemorate the Boz's induction into the HOF by putting him up there too.

"43 Conference Championships"

Can we do something NSFW ( I just learned what that means) Anyway I'm thinking Bob counting his 5 million wearing a Huggy Bear hat with a feather. With a big banner that says "pimpin ain't easy". Or maybe Briles standing behind Bob in the full mount position and Dabo waiting in line. I think the banner should be reflective not projecting. I'm all for not putting the Hoop jinx on anyone.

I like how he gave Switzer tons of respect and even considered him a father figure. I watched a show not long ago where he talked about how Switzer walked in his cafeteria at lunch time in a fur jacket. That's recruiting 101.

Why don't we just keep it simple? Don't over complicate it. I feel like that is what OU needs to do on the field. We just need a simple yet bold banner.

Not sure about adding past or present players. Too many greats in the past to put them all on there. Outofyourmind has the right idea about 43 conference championships, OU's history is more than the Big 12.
