I understand when the SEC is really highly ranked but this year is different. Most of them are 2 loss teams.

PAC 12 every school is 50% or better, that is sick.

It really is not about who Mizzu beat it is about where they were in the polls before and how about 7-8 teams in front of them lost and a few of those teams lost their second game. They jumped up by default, they looked much better than Miami did vs a bad bad bad NC team.
