Shavon needs to be better. Seriously speaking.

He took a couple steps backwards in his 3rd year as a starter. He has no confidence getting to the rim and he can't hit a 3 ball to save his soul. It's all mental and it's not supposed to happen to a veteran.

He needs to step it up.
