Never had a member overdose on drugs/alcohol or enter rehab for a drug/alcohol issue
Never had a member publicly intoxicated or publicly use narcotic drugs
Never had member turnover that wasn't amicable...in particular no legal threats or badmouthing to the press
No member dying or maimed due to suicide or reckless behavior
Never any lawsuits between the record label, each other, ticket vendors, venues, engineers, etc.
No hotly contentious issues with a record label that caused hard feelings
No members with cases involving the criminal justice system where they were charged as the defendant
No members with messy divorce or paternity suits while serving in the band
