Look at all those series going 6 or more games. Everybody really beating each other up something awful. Must be really tiring. Mentally exhausting, too. :pop2:

Well you realize the longer layoff can be a bad thing to, it's easy to lose focus and hunger when your not playing.

Well you realize the longer layoff can be a bad thing to, it's easy to lose focus and hunger when your not playing.

The way we were banged up, I'll gladly take a first period of rust over playing multiple overtimes and 7 games.

There were people questioning how hungry Detroit was going into the playoffs and the Wings shut them up (me included) by sweeping Phoenix. I don't think they will lose the hunger.
