Week 5 recap

And finally, it's time for "What We've Learned This Week!"

What I learned this week in college football is...

1. Let's not mock dead-man-walking Brady Hoke; after all, Charlie Weis just got the boot from Kansas.

2. Groan... Looks like the SEC East teams will just beat themselves up this year.

3. Florida State's now like UCLA: They no longer care how they win, they just want to win.

4. Air Force and Colorado State are now the class of the Mountain West.

And finally, it'll be "put up or shut up" time for the Crimson Tide next week... and Ole Miss. And LSU, for that matter. And Texas A&M. And Oregon, and Nebraska, and BYU, and well, you get the picture.

So with that, I close out this thread, and prep for another in a few days...

I think you need to include Nevada in that list. And don't sleep on Wyoming either.
