I have decided to go with picking the winner and by how much they win. I will also be picking the games involving AP Top 25.
* I don't remember what day of the week the AP Poll comes out, but for hypothetical purposes, if it comes out on Sunday, the pickems for the week covers from the Monday through Sunday. Even though the new rankings come out that day, my deadline will still be the same for myself - midnight the night before the game.
* The team you pick to win does not need to cover your spread. If you pick Team A to win by 15 point and they win by 1 point, you will be 1-0 for that game. If Team B wins at all, you will be 0-1.
* "Close Predictions" will be if you are 10 points or closer to actual spread.
----> If you pick Team A to win by 5 and they win by 17, it will not be considered a close prediction.
(1-0 with 0 close predictions)
----> If you pick Team A to win by 5 and they win by 1, it will be considered a close prediction.
(1-0 with 1 correct prediction)
----> If you pick Team A to win by 5 and Team B wins by 2, it will be considered a close prediction
(0-1 with 1 correct prediction)
* "Correct Predictions" will be if you predict the actual spread. This stat will not be included in the "Close Predictions" state.
----> If you pick Team A to win by 5 and they win by 5. It will be considered a correct prediction
(1-0 with 0 close predictions and 1 correct prediction)
