Some reports are saying he's been hired as the OL coach or the Skins are in pursuit of him to become the OL coach.

I think this will be a good hire if they do go after Callahan. He can build this o-line with good picks and coaching. If we need an example, look no farther than the Cowboys. Great running game this season. O-line gave Romo plenty of time in the pocket.

i was worried there for a second but then realized we did a coaching change last year so it wasn't for HC. Callahan does know how to coach offense.
