More mid-season Stats review

The other day I was also looking at the NCAA Football Stats regarding Rushing Yard per Game and found some surprises there, as-well.

Of course Navy, Air Force, and Ohio St are 1, 2, and 3 in the Nation in Rushing
… but the pass happy wide open, throw the ball - Big 12 Conference shows up ...

OU comes in at #5
Ok. St. is 7th in Rushing
TCU is at #13

I also noticed 3 sec teams in the top 25 Rushing Category

Georgia at #16
Ole Miss #19
Auburn #20

Of interest is of the currently ranked top 4 teams --- 2 are in the top 25 Rushing Stats (Ohio St. #3 and Clemson at #15)

The other 2 top 4 ranked teams are:

Alabama is tied with Kent St. at #58
LSU is 67th (just ahead of Texas)

Don't know this OP, but have noticed a trend on the last several threads he/she has started. Guessing a Rivals migrant just based on the fact that multiple dudes I do know seem to be kicking him in the ass with every thread he starts.

I mean, who knew, right.

Riley (like any superior offensive coach) always has a strong running game. Alabama’s has lagged due to Brown missing the first 4 games and overall OL inexperience. You should expect to see Bama’s rushing stats improve over the next several games.
